The Scripture Show Church Game Kit is sold by Beverly B. Goodwin LLC, operating under the Kingdom Media Universe brand ("we", "us"). Mailing address: 6305 Ivy Lane #265, Greenbelt, MD 20770. Contact: support@kingdommediauniverse.com.

Limited permission for your church or organization to access and use the Core Collection during your license term: 36 Bible trivia games in four levels (Beginner, Intermediate, Seasoned, Scholar). Your membership tier sets how many church leaders can be signed in at the same time (shared leader seats). Tiers and prices are shown in US dollars at checkout.

The Church Game Kit does not include the separate Scripture Show consumer mobile app or its subscriptions.

All original intellectual property, including The Scripture Show games, apps and media creations, belongs to Beverly B. Goodwin LLC. Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any of it to your church or organization.

Some materials used in the portal and games belong to third parties and remain owned by their respective licensors, including the fonts and the software and services that run the portal. Scripture quotations in the Church Game Kit use the King James Version (KJV).

Each paid collection's 12-month term starts the first time its license code is redeemed, followed by a 14-day grace period. After the grace period ends, the games can no longer be played until the license is renewed.

Renew online at any time through "Find my code / renew" using the purchase email. There are no automatic or recurring charges. A renewal adds 12 months, starting from the current expiry date or the renewal purchase date, whichever is later.

By redeeming a code, you confirm you are authorized to act for the organization named. Authorized leaders may host group play for the organization's members, attendees and invited guests, in person or in private online gatherings such as a private Zoom meeting. You may not publicly broadcast or livestream the games, or publish or share recordings that expose game questions and answers. Access is limited to your licensed collections and leader seats. Leader sessions sign out after 120 minutes of inactivity.

You may not share license codes outside your organization, or copy, redistribute or resell the game files.

We may suspend a code that appears to be shared or used outside the licensed organization. Where practical, we will contact the purchaser first. If you believe a suspension is a mistake, email support@kingdommediauniverse.com and we will review it and restore access if the use was authorized.

The free Christmas Story promotion gives 60 days of access from first redemption, with one leader seat. It is limited to one claim per church and one claim per verified email. It has no grace period and cannot be renewed.

Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. License codes are emailed to the purchase email after payment is confirmed. Lost codes can be resent to that email.

Advertised prices are fixed and include any applicable sales tax. No tax is added to the advertised total. The included tax is calculated from the billing address and shown on the checkout page and order confirmation.

Refunds follow our refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the code has not been redeemed. After redemption there are no routine change-of-mind refunds. Renewals also have no routine change-of-mind refunds. For original purchases and renewals alike, technical problems preventing access, duplicate charges and billing errors are reviewed by us.

If an original purchase is fully refunded, its code is cancelled. If a renewal is refunded, only the time that renewal added is removed; the license is not cancelled and keeps the term and grace period supported by the remaining purchases and any extensions we granted. Refunding one collection does not change the term of a separately paid collection. Partial refunds, disputes, and refunds of an original purchase that has later renewals are reviewed individually before any change to access.

The games and portal are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them available and accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Church Game Kit is limited to the amount you actually paid for the license term involved in the claim. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

We may update these terms. New purchases and renewals are made under the version shown at checkout. The version each church accepted is kept on record.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.

If a dispute arises, please email support@kingdommediauniverse.com first; we will try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. If it is not resolved, either party may bring the dispute in the state courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland, or, where federal jurisdiction exists, in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
