Refund policy

• Full refund within 14 days of purchase if the license code has not been redeemed.
• After redemption: no routine change-of-mind refunds.
• Unresolved technical problems preventing access: reviewed for a possible refund.
• Duplicate charges or billing errors: reviewed and corrected separately.

The 14-day refund window starts at purchase. The 12-month access term starts at first redemption.

A full refund of an original purchase normally cancels its license code. Refunded renewals remove only the time added. Original purchases with later renewals, partial refunds and disputes are reviewed individually as described in the Purchase Terms.

Renewals: a renewal extends a license that has already been redeemed, so there are no routine change-of-mind refunds for renewals. Technical problems preventing access, duplicate charges and billing errors are reviewed by us. If a renewal is refunded, only the time that renewal added is removed.
